We under estimate the importance of estate planning and often it’s too late to fix it. My neighbour at pune, Mr.Mukopadyay, aged 42, expired suddenly because of swine flu. He didn’t write any will & his wife wants to sell their property ie residential flat but invain. She moved back to kolkotta, trying to get property on her name for the last 5 years, not done sofar as it’s very lengthy procedure.
