We under estimate the importance of estate planning and often it’s too late to fix it. My neighbour at pune, Mr.Mukopadyay, aged 42, expired suddenly because of swine flu. He didn’t write any will & his wife wants to sell their property ie residential flat but invain. She moved back to kolkotta, trying to get property on her name for the last 5 years, not done sofar as it’s very lengthy procedure. If there was will on the property, she could have overcome many hurdles & settle the issue. Unfortunately, she is also bed ridden now & their 2 kids are too young to handle the issue. It’s a time & must to write a will/distribute properties in professional manner. I think & wish this company will help in meeting the requirements by their vast experience in this field.
